About Us

The Owner

Nick has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. He has worked in restaurants his entire career. After working for a chain Italian restaurant, he opened his own restaurant in Dorchester, MA. He began with just pizza and subs. After building a successful business, he sold it and opened another restaurant. With each sale and new venture he adds to the completeness of his menu (particularly pastas and sauces.

His last venture was Nicky D's in Manchester and he is looking to build on its success with this new venture in Nashua. Come in today (or order delivery) and taste how true Italian cooking should be.
